Under the Orchard Lights

For this reception, we imagined the evening as a candlelit garden gathering suspended between nature and architecture — where glowing trees, flowing drapery, and delicate florals transformed the venue into something deeply atmospheric and transportive.

The design centered around softness and scale. Towering sculptural fabric installations glowed warmly through layers of gathered ivory drapes, creating an almost lantern-like effect across the space. Above, crystal chandeliers and suspended candlelight floated through the ceiling-scape, while illuminated trees wrapped in cascading lights framed the night like a living canopy.

Throughout the venue, flowering branches, orchids, tulips, moss, vines, and textured greenery were arranged to feel organic and quietly overgrown — as though the florals had naturally bloomed into the architecture itself. The styling leaned into a muted palette of ivory, champagne, soft sage, and warm amber tones, allowing texture, light, and shadow to become the focal point.

Dining and lounge spaces were designed to feel intimate despite the scale of the venue. Candlelit buffets, layered floral compositions, sculptural décor objects, and soft lounge settings created moments of warmth and discovery throughout the evening. Every detail was intentionally understated yet immersive — luxurious without feeling excessive.
The result was a reception that felt cinematic and serene, like stepping into a hidden garden after dark, lit entirely by candlelight and memory.
